"The porch or balcony is very dusty and dirty including the table and chairs. The bath tub is very high and very dangerous once you get out of the bathtub. Standing water around the bathtub, no drainage. There’s only one electrical outlet which was utilized by the small refrigerator and tv. There’s no electrical outlet to charge your cell phone or electronic gadgets inside the room. No electrical outlet in the bathroom neither. One bed has no headboard. "Courteous staff, clean room"

"Upon check-in, we need to wait for 25-30mins for the caretaker to give us the room key considering that we called them several times ton inform what time we’ll arrive. Upon check out, we need to wait for them again to give back the key since the inhouse staff in the building are not allowed to get the key. Guests need to walk few mins under the sun to get to the pool and parking area.condo lobby in tower 2 is hot, not a welcoming temp, seems the ac is not working.upon booking,the website says...
