Well-Appointed Bedrooms: This home features four comfortable bedrooms and six beds, including one king, three queens, and a trundle bed (two singles, best for children). Please note: Franklin County regulations limit occupancy to six adults and up to four children under the age of three for four-bedroom, three-bathroom short-term rentals.

Guests will have full access to the entire home, including all living spaces, the private dock, game room with arcade, screened-in porch, and outdoor areas. Enjoy swimming or bringing your own boat to dock. While boats and water floatation items are not provided for insurance reasons, we do offer lifejackets for your safety. The only restricted areas are the locked owner`s closets and the garage, which are off-limits.
