Stylish and simple furnishings throughout the home make your stay comfortable and relaxing. The Grotto has an enchanted feeling with a covered deck and patios with lighted paths leading through the backyard to several casual yet unique sitting areas that create a multilevel design running throughout the garden. Look forward to evening campfires around the in-ground fire pit while sitting in one of the Adirondack chairs or the lakeside double swing, watching as the sun goes down over the water. With almost 200 feet of waterfront to enjoy...not a bad way to spend your vacation! The home accommodates six adults and a couple of wee ones under two years old. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the upper level of the home, with lots of extra sleeping space. The large Master bedroom enjoys beautiful water views, flat screen TV bath en suite and includes a Queen bed and adjacent twin daybed. Master has sliding doors leading to the porch where the rope-suspended porch swing bed can tempt you into a little snooze lakeside. The second waterside room also enjoys gorgeous views and has a Queen bed with private access to the patio. The third room has a Queen bed and bunked twins for mom, dad, and the kids. Inside, you will enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, which includes all the cookware needed for a family meal together. The living room features a big-screen TV mounted over the stone gas fireplace, foosball, and a comfy sofa for movie night. We provide all of the comforts and amenities to make you feel right at home. There is a full bathroom with a shower on this level as well. Ready for your vacation on the dock? It will keep the family busy swimming, fishing, and boating all day, and it is just a step out your back door. Jul 11, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Great House, Bad Plumbing I will start with the good. The property was great. The bedrooms were as described and suited our family just fine. The kitchen was functional and well stocked. The indoor living space was comfortable and I enjoyed schooling my boys at foosball! The outdoor space is where this property shines. It has multiple areas to enjoy. The full bed swing on the upstairs was fun and the main floor deck was used extensively. The other outdoor areas were harder to use because of all the ants/bugs but it is "outsides" so... The boat house and deck were great and got used everyday. All the water toys (kayaks, floaties, deck chairs) were a pleasant surprise. The firepit is huge!! We did use it once but was too hot outside to really enjoy. Okay now the bad, something is off with the plumbing with the house. The pipes would make loud weird noises which were very annoying especially when trying to sleep. We discovered that a majority of the toilets were running constantly which seems to be the cause of the noises. We ended up trying off the water on a couple of the toilets to sleep! Overall everyone had a great time and if the plumbing issues are fixed we would come back! ##### Jeff C.
