Quiet 31 m² studio with terrace and sea view, south-facing, on the first floor. A living/dining room with TV (one Murphy bed (160 x 190)) opening onto the terrace, a separate kitchen (4 hotplates, extractor hood, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, oven) also opening onto the terrace, a bathroom with toilet and washing machine. Secure private parking included and bed linens provided.  
  
€600 security deposit only by credit card imprint - NO PETS - NO SMOKING  
Please note tourist tax is extra, according to the current Menton Municipality rate.  
  
Just 10 minutes from Garavan train station, you can quickly get to Monaco, Italy, and the entire region. Public parking is available near the apartment. The Garavan neighborhood, also known as Little Africa, is renowned for its sunshine and quality of life, with shops and beaches nearby. The new Menton Garavan port and the Quai des Sablettes have been redeveloped, offering numerous shops, restaurants, private beaches, water sports, fitness trails, and live entertainment.

Bus and train station are very close and allow you to quickly go to the city center, Italy, Monaco and throughout the region.
