We cannot blame the staff or flight crew but one piece of luggage was lost. The staff at the airport were less than pleasant and seemed overwhelmed with over 20 of us with lost luggage. The next day we were delivered the wrong piece of luggage and did not receive the correct bag until late afternoon. Overall the flight was on time and the staff were great. The food was less tasty than our first flight with BA and the seats seemed less comfortable than your older flight we took last time.
