You'll have the entire condo to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### 1 bedroom apartment • Near Monaco Train Station

Cozy 40 m² apartment in a recent residence close to Monaco. Ideal for 2 guests, it offers a comfortable base to reach the Principality on foot. Located near shops while set in a quiet residential area away from main roads. A small terrace is perfect for breakfast. The apartment is fully equipped to ensure a pleasant and convenient stay near Monaco.  
  
The entire We Care Conciergerie team is there to help you during your stay. They are available online every day from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.  
  
Central district of Beausoleil where you will find all the amenities: supermarket, hairdresser, small restaurant... even if the apartment is a little set back from the main roads.  
You will have the train station 10 minutes walk away  
  
Travelers will have access to the entire apartment.   
  
It should be noted that the apartment does not have a parking lot and that it is rather difficult to park on the street. Therefore you will need to provide parking in Monaco, if you come by car which will cost you around 20€/day. An open and paying car park in France is also accessible 2 streets above in general for a price of 10€/day.  
  
The train station however is 10 minutes walk from the apartment  
  
You will enjoy this apartment for its ideal location near Monaco, easily accessible on foot, its warm and intimate décor, and its setting within a recent and well-maintained residence. Slightly set back from the main roads, the apartment offers a pleasant balance between proximity to the Principality and a quieter residential environment.  
  
The apartment is thoughtfully laid out to create a comfortable and welcoming living space. It features a living area with a fitted kitchen, separated from the living and dining room by a practical counter, allowing you to cook while staying connected to the rest of the space. The living and dining room is cozy and inviting, making you feel right at home from the moment you arrive.  
  
Large bay windows open onto the private terrace, which overlooks a calm street with little traffic and minimal overlooking. This outdoor space is ideal for relaxing, enjoying a coffee, or unwinding after a day exploring Monaco.  
  
The apartment also includes a separate toilet, adding extra comfort and convenience. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and washbasin, offering a functional and pleasant space for daily use.  
  
The bedroom features a 140 cm bed and storage, providing a comfortable and practical sleeping area.  
  
This apartment is an excellent choice for travelers looking for a comfortable, well-located, and peaceful base near Monaco, whether for a short stay or a longer visit.  
  
To get around you have to go down to the Principality of Monaco which is a few minutes away and which benefits from an important bus network whether to go to the Principality or to go to the surrounding towns of Nice and Menton.  
  
The train station is 10 minutes walk from the apartment and will take you to the surrounding towns including Nice and Menton but also to Italy or to Nice airport.  
  
The drive from the airport is approximately 37 minutes  
  
There is no private parking available with the apartment. You can park in secure car parks around the Principality of Monaco or in an open car park two streets above in Beausoleil  
  
\- The apartment is in a residential area which is quiet at night and on weekends, however during the day there is a car garage below the building which can sometimes be noisy  
  
A set of bed linens and towels is provided per person during your stay and are included in the cleaning fee. An arrival kit awaits you to allow you to start your vacation. this kit includes: small soaps and shampoos, coffee, rolls of toilet paper and trash bags.
