Charming studio in Menton Garavan!  
 Enjoy an idyllic position between sea and mountains from this modern and bright cocoon. Ideal for a romantic stay, family vacation or business trip. A few steps from the beaches, Vieux Menton and Italy, enjoy the authentic experience of the Côte d'Azur. Equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, sunny terrace. Parking optional. Book now for an unforgettable getaway!  
 The 29 square meter studio consists of a beautiful living room fully optimized to accommodate up to 4 people, an independent kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet.  
Two 2-seater sofa beds will form the sleeping area while the indoor and terrace tables will allow you to have meals and breakfast in the best conditions.  
 The living space is equipped with a TV as well as an internet box  
 1 welcome kit will await all our guests to start their stay in good conditions  
 The residence is equipped with a beautiful outdoor swimming pool from June to the end of September  
 The location is ideal for reaching all destinations, 2 minutes walk from Menton Garavan station, 2 minutes walk from the sea, a few steps from the Italian border and the beaches. Bars, restaurants and shops nearby. Quiet area, close to the old town.
