« The place wasnt refreshed for our stay. Dust inside all the cups and on the tables etc. A dead roch sitting in the container that held the tea n sugar. Need to supply 2 more towels as there was 2 people staying 2 nights and we only had 2 towels. Lawns were unkept. Theres a tin shed ryt out where the bed is. It was scratching n banging up on the wall and keeps you from falling into deep sleep. The blue pillow cases had dribble stains on the fabric. If these details where more tended to it would...

"L'hôtel a un certain charme et est resté authentique ce qui fait que les chambres et salle de bains sont un peu vieillotes. L'isolation n'est pas terrible. La literie est très bonne, le petit-déjeuner est varié et le personnel est très serviable et gentil dans son ensemble. La piscine de l'hôtel est actuellement fermée mais nous avons un accès gratuit à la pool family du Polynesian spa. L'hôtel est à 2 pas du Wai Ariki hot springs & spa ."
