"The staff was amazing, called ahead to have a crib delivered to our room, it was not only delivered, but set up and made. We were in town for a baby shower and had a toddler with us, we asked to keep the room for a few extra hours to nap our toddler and then they kept our luggage while we attended the shower. These are the little extra's that have set you apart."
