- Relaxing, French cottage on the wide part of Dog River. The property has a large, flat yard and pier for enjoying the day on the water and beautiful sunsets over the river. 10 minutes to Brookley Field, 15 minutes to downtown, 5 minutes to Mobile Bay …and 2 minutes to the River Shack and Grand Mariner by boat or car! Spend the day on the water skiing, fishing or swimming or take a drive south to Dauphin Island or the local shooting preserve. The house has an open floor plan with a beautiful kitchen and fireplace with a porch and windows overlooking the river.
