When you step inside the space at Moab Flats #6, you will instantly find yourself feeling uplifted. Sleek lines and clean finishes create a sense of calm while pops of color draw the eye. A Marshall speaker begs to play Pharrell’s “Happy” because how could you not be? You’re in one of the most beautiful places in the world. Grab a cold one head outside to cheers yourself for making such a great lodging decision. Grill up some grub or enjoy some relaxation time around the firepit. Bike need a tune before tomorrow’s adventures? No problem. The secure bike storage room has whatever you need.

Great spot close to everything

Clean property with everything we needed for our trip. We especially enjoyed the bike wash/storage area and the hot tub. Central location within walking distance distance to everything. The only downside was the noise but that comes with staying in a busy touristy town!

Moab Holiday

We had a great stay at this property. Close to town. Check in was really easy and communication with host was good. Loved the bike storage. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Would stay again.

Moab Flats #6

We stayed twice. Couple days one week and then 3 more days the next week. Clean and very well located. Kitchen was great. We plan on staying here again next time we come back.

The cleanliness was phenomenal! And all the little details made the stay incredibly pleasant! There was even pods for the dishwasher and washer with dryer sheets available to use. The city water tester came to test the hot tub while we were in it and said how this hot tub was always up to date and the water tests clean.

Clean, well appointed. Manager responded to a couple of minor concerns.Easy parking, walk to town, great backyard for activities. Occasional street noise but overall quiet. Can hear others in the complex thru the walls and the bathroom had a “sewer” type smell, annoying Would stay again.

Perfect location

This property is perfectly located to explore Moab and the surrounding parks and trails. We enjoyed being walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants. The amenities were adequate but could use a little attention. The bed linens and pillows could use updating. There was a sewer gas odor coming from the shower that would resolve when the drain was plugged so there is something going on there and the lamp in the living room was broken with the top leaning to the side for our entire stay. Just needs a bit of tending. Overall enjoyable time

Moab and Park visit

The apartment was the perfect base camp for us-easy drives to national and state parks. And walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Lots of fun art to experience walking about town.

Arches family vacation

This was the perfect spot for our Arches family vacation!! It’s centrally located in town with great food and shops just a short walk away. The park was a 15 minute drive and easy to access. Honestly wish we had spent more time in Moab. The only feedback is the Murphy bed… the mattress was very uncomfortable. So my eldest just slept on the comfy couch instead.

We stayed one night. All exactly as listed. Clean, neat, tidy. Some traffic noise in daytime but very quiet at night. Strong points: back yard, washer/dryer, bike lockup, central location. We liked being able to walk to dinner and morning coffee. We would stay again.

Great condo

This was our second trip to Moab Flats East. We returned for a long stay because the unit met our every need. This is a great location and condo. Only complaint - the unit needs more light in kitchen. That could be a Floor lamp in corner or small lamp on kitchen counter. When we stay for 8 nights we will cook. We strapped a small camping light to spoon for meal prep. Safer than candles. None the less a great experience. Thank you.

A great stay in Moab

This property was perfect in every way- right down town but off the traffic flow. Very close to Arches and accessible to Canyon Lands. Immaculately clean and everything provided. Nice to be able to cook in some nights and do laundry before we left. Can walk to places to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Would recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful & close to town!!

Very beautiful VRBO rental! They have thought of every detail! Walking distance to the main drag! Outside area is so cute and well kept! The only downfall is there is no insulation so you do hear everything from every other unit! Bring a travel noise maker! Other than that, it was perfect! Would definitely rent again!

Great location, but noisy

The place was perfect in every way except it was terribly noisy. We could hear the road noise (it’s on a busy street) until 11:00 at night. The fan in the bedroom made weird clicking sounds so had to be shut off in order to sleep. And although most of the nearby renters were respectful of noise, one renter had a very loud party with loud music playing until 3am, way past normal hours. When I contacted the property manager, they never returned my call.
