What's nearby: This condo is across the street from the Garden City Marina and one-and-a-half miles from the heart of Garden City. The Garden City Park is two miles away, and it's 15 minutes from Beaver Mountain Ski Resort. Bear Lake offers some of the best snowmobiling in all of the state of Utah. Over 300 miles of groomed trails and endless hill climbing. You can four-wheel or snowmobile right from this condo. Downhill skiing, boating, wave runner, and other activities can fill the days of your next vacation to Bear Lake. Could have easily slept 6 in the bedrooms, more with the foldout couch. Location is great - very close to the restaurants and shops in Garden City. I would stay again. ##### Andrew F. No sounds at all from the people below us. Soft beds. Several of the blinds were broken including in the living room, kitchen, and bedroom but that only limited the direction the blinds could rotate. Limited kitchen pots and pans. Only salt and pepper are available. One TV. AC was great as was the washer and dryer. We had six adults and 4 showered, all with hot water, then waited 45 minutes and the other two showered. Mostly still hot. I would stay again but bring my own frying or other pans. ##### Renea B. Plenty of things in the kitchen for cooking. Was amazed at all the games to play and had a fun time with them. The location is so close to the pool and tennis courts. It is close to the pool, tennis court, basketball court and marina! Only one complaint is that there were no paper towels provided and we ran out of toilet paper.
