Good for a group where some people stay up, or wake up, later than others, since there was an upstairs where you could sleep some ways from the kitchen and activity center. OK views of the Portal where the Colorado River flows through west of Moab. A well stocked kitchen with utensils, graters, teapot, good knives, etc. Would be nice to have had saucepans that are not non-stick, but that was minor complaint. We saved our compost for a friend who lives in town-- That would be a nice option to have composting nearby if possible. Lots of games for rainy days. Nice windows too and a little barbecue out back. Was in a complex with a bunch of look alike spaces, but that's another minor issue. Also a large, clean garage with several bicycles to use, and a small cooler that came in handy. This was such a great spot for our extended family to enjoy for a few days together in Moab. We had 5 adults and 3 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. Everything about this home was so comfortable. We had a lot of outdoor activities planned for Moab. It was great to get out early, come back to the house to rest and relax when the heat was most intense, and then swim before/after dinner. We couldn’t get my kids out of the pool. It was so close and convenient to the unit. Location was very convenient to town and all of our excursions. I would definitely stay here again. ##### Kara M. Everything about this place was above and beyond. They didn’t miss one detail. From the kitchen supplies, to the toiletries, the pool and towels and the decor.
