« Great property! Clean, comfortable, well-equipped kitchen. Only one bedroom (upstairs) has actual beds. The downstairs bedroom has Japanese style futons. The stairs to the second floor are circular and somewhat steep, a challenge for those with mobility limitations or heavy luggage. Lots of space indoors for kids to play, but none outside. The house it built on stilts over a very steep slope, almost a cliff.The Main difficulties checking in were (1) the contact phone is not correct, and (2)...

« I cannot recommend the The Base House Kinosaki enough. There were 4 of us staying for 2 nights and we wish we could have stayed longer. The Host of the property was fantastic. He was gracious, courteous, incredibly helpful, and went above and beyond at all times. He was very easy to communicate with and responded to our emails and texts right away. « 夏休み、田舎の祖父母の家に遊びにきた感じでした。 宿泊前にハウスルールが送られてくるのでその通りに行動したら良く、セルフチェックインで誰にも気を使うことなく過ごせました。 近所の公民館まで散歩して花火をしたり、夜遅くまで土間でおやつを食べながら話したりとても楽しかったです。 年季が入っている感じなのに清潔で快適でした。 人家の多いアットホームな場所なので、大丈夫かとは思いますが鍵が心許なく、一緒に泊まった友達は部屋に怖い人が入ってくる悪夢にうなされていました。 感受性の豊かな人はそこにちょっと怖さを感じるかもです。 私達もそうしましたが、防犯面に心配のある人は一軒借りるプランではないと安心できないと思います。 調理器具はありますが、凝った料理はできないので外で食べるか、お惣菜を買ってくるか、料金を払ってバーベキューか備え付けのカップ麺等を食べるかするとよいと思います。 »

« 蔵に宿泊しました。気温などにもよるのかもしれませんが、トイレと浴槽の水回りの匂いが気になりました。換気扇の出力を高めた方が良いかもしれません。設備は1階にも別にエアコンがあると良いと思ったのと、構造上難しいのかもしれませんが、居間にも流しがあれば、簡単な調理ができるのにと思いました。昨年、離れの方を利用して、設備面が完璧だったので少し残念。半面、1人で独占して使える点は良かったのですが。あと、価格がもう少しリーズナブルだと助かります。 »

"Impossible de profiter du p'tit déjeuner le premier matin car c'était complet. Toutefois, le petit déj est à 7h, 7h30 ou 8h, bien trop tôt pour nous. La chambre japanese style est grande même pour 4 mais ce qui rend le couchage sur futotn désagréable est la qualité des futons et les oreillers durs comme des sacs de riz (c'est des sacs remplis de riz très durs). La clim est très peu fonctionnelle et bruyante. La chambre n'a pas de douche privée alors il faut aller au onsen de l'hôtel. C'est très propre et traditionnel mais faut accepter la nudité. Bien que hommes et femmes soient séparés, cela peut être une appréhension pour certains. Le jeune homme à l'accueil a été exceptionnel et très aidant. Il connaît qqs mots d'anglais et a pu nous aider à de multiples reprises pendant notre séjour. Un énorme merci à lui. Nous n'avons pas restés le restaurant mais nous avons pu manger en extérieur au bord de l'eau sur les tables sous les tentes. Nous sommes tombés pendant une période de vacances japonaises, alors, dans la zone, c'était l'hôtel le meilleur marché, mais franchement, le prix est très exagéré pour deux nuits à quatre dans ces conditions."

"Superbe hôtel, à 12 min à pied de la gare (marche en bord de route). Nous avons pris une chambre style japonais avec un bain privé. La chambre avec couchages futon et mobilier japonais était immense. Le bain onsen privé est incroyable, dommage que la vue sur la mer soit entre deux toits de maisons et derrière les lignes de la voie ferrée. Peu de trains donc pas gênant pour dormir et c'est bien insonorisé. Le onsen de l'hôtel est également magnifique car il se trouve côté forêt, avec une partie extérieure et une partie intérieure donc même si vous ne prenez pas de chambre avec onsen privé, ce onsen extérieur est très agréable. Attention, pas de commerce à côté, compter 15 minutes à pied et très peu de choses pour dîner en ville, il faut si prendre tôt. Ne pas compter sur la supérette du village car peu de choix et ferme tôt. Il y a quelques nouilles déshydratées dans le magasin de l'hôtel, prix très correct (300¥), pour dépanner si l'on ne veut pas ressortir et profiter de la chambre."

"Big hotel bar, fully occupied by tourist busses.. big rooms, nice view. Breakfast stop at 9.00 !! Paid for nothing as we did not have time to show up before 9.00.. we are in holidays ! Horrible tabac odor in the room, even if smoking is not allowed… impossible to sleep! Comment form the desk: « really sorry » … "
