Discover our mid century 4BR home nestled near U of Montana, downtown Missoula, & the tranquil Clark Fork River. Enjoy historic charm with modern comforts, spacious living areas, cozy bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. Relax on the porch enjoying a beverage or explore nearby trails and parks. Perfect for families or groups, our home invites you to unwind in a prime location, where university culture, vibrant city life, and nature meets seamlessly. Ideal for your memorable Missoula getaway!  
  
The first floor consists of 2 bedrooms with queen beds, one shared bathroom, a living room with a smart TV, dining room for 6 and a very well equipped kitchen.   
  
The basement is very bright with 2 more bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a full/double bed. There’s a second living area with a large sectional, and another dining area for 4\. The basement bedrooms have large window wells. There’s a second shared full bathroom in the basement as well.   
  
There are 2 washer/dryer combos. One in the first floor bathroom and the other in the basement.   
  
You have access to the entire property excluding the garage.

#### Family vacation

The house had everything we needed and was near a park and bakery (delicious). We had three kids under 4 and there were plenty of toys for them to entertain themselves. Our host was super responsive and friendly.
