I can't emphasize enough the difference between an obvious rental, and an actual home. This place is spotless, yet so warm and welcoming, and the hosts are wonderful. My 81-year-old mother has some mobility issues, and the property is well-suited with easy stairs at the entrance, wide passageways, and a walk-in shower. You often see parasailers from the back porch, and there's a short walk to a lovely path along Rattlesnake Creek. The kitchen/dining and living area had great space and most amenities (aside from personal wants/needs). Coffee/espresso needs were met through 2 different systems and included a grinder and frother. The backyard was welcoming and suited for relaxing and cooking, as desired. Everything was clean and well taken care of.
