Our two teenagers, plus us parents were perfectly comfortable in the house. There was nothing we needed in the kitchen that wasn't stocked & plenty of blankets/pillows/towels. The fans & opening windows at night really helped to keep the house cool, and the AC unit worked well throughout the day. Even better, our two dogs LOVED the large fenced yard.
