The rooms were clean and comfortable, all staff were extremely friendly and I just adore the two receptionists there. They were so sweet and accommodating especially because I kept extending my stay by a day not knowing when I was going home. And they were ready for me each morning to redo my key cards and were able to keep me on the same room my entire stay. Breakfast was always fresh and small amounts made at a time so there wasn’t an abundance of waste and things were fresh. But PLEASE get a Popcake(pancake maker)!!! I even looked them up for yall. That’s the only thing I missed from the hotel I normally stay at. There is something about those thin pancakes. Thank you Garner staff!!
Affordable, accommodating and friendly staff, great full breakfast with items my 2 roommates could eat on their special diets, and plenty of bath towels for the three of us!
Nice staff. Helpful to change rooms. Great location

This is a good value, the room was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Food was OK and about as expected.
The only note is, this building is OLD it shows lots of wear from time, BUT it is not bad.. just old. If you need a new fancy place you may be dissapointed, if you want an ok place to stay at a great price it was good

The staff was very good. Some remodeling going on. Maybe our bathroom just hadn't been done yet, because it could use a little attention. The rest of the room was nice and updated.
Hotel was clean , staff friendly. Extremely busy place all parking spots full. Lots of workers (visitors) from out of town both taking up parking lot with big work trucks and super loud guys. Stoning around at 3:30-5:30 am. Breakfast lacked
I stayed here back in October when they just started renovation so honestly coming back I was scared to book more than one night in case I still hated it. I ended up staying for almost a week. They truly did an amazing job on the renovations. It’s like a completely different place. The staff were incredibly sweet, welcoming and accommodating. Their breakfast was pretty decent but I can’t lie and say I didn’t miss the Popcake(pancake maker) that my normal hotel has. I will be coming back here everytime I come back to Missoula now. Fair prices, friendly staff, good breakfast and awesome renovations. The only thing I had an issue with is they do offer WiFi but I was on the first floor which is semi underground(I know it sounds scary but it’s not) therefore the WiFi just didn’t work well for me and I had to use my personal hotspot because I had work to do. I didn’t ask about this issue but I will be asking about it next time I go to Missoula which will be in a couple weeks. Everyone who had a part in the renovations…WAY TO GO!! Yall did an amazing job, it looks so nice and different. I can’t wait to stay there again.
Hotel under a remodel. Hallways are half painted, smell of paint throughout the hotel. Service was ok. Asked for a hair dryer, was told a room service would deliver one, but never did. Our room was remodeled. Room was clean, new, and comfortable. Once the hotel is complete with the remodel, it will be a very nice hotel.
Our room was great. Except that there was a used coffee pod in the coffee maker, and no extra coffee pods. And not enough towels. Otherwise our stay was really good!
