The community offers a heated gulf-front pool (seasonally heated Oct–Mar), charcoal BBQ grills, and complimentary beach service (two chairs and one umbrella set up daily, free of charge) available seasonally from March 1 – November 30. No hauling chairs to the beach, just walk out and relax!

Inside, you’ll find a bright, open-concept layout with modern coastal décor, new furnishings and flooring. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and both a Keurig and standard coffee maker. Bedroom 3 (Second Level): Queen bed + Twin bed, shares Jack-and-Jill bathroom (tub/shower combo).

The condo also includes a washer and dryer for added convenience.
