Completely renovated and beautifully furnished! This lovely 2BR-1BA Pilot House condo is located on Baytowne Wharf Boulevard in The Resort! With two bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, a family area, and one full bathroom, this property will comfortably accommodate up to six guests.

Our stylish family room is tastefully designed with comfort in mind, and features plenty of seating for everyone, a large HDTV, and a sleeper sofa plus complimentary WIFI. The fully stocked kitchen provides all the dishes, cookware and gadgets you will need to prepare a meal for guests. There is dining seating for six guests and kitchen bar seating for two. Our master bedroom features a king Tempurpedic mattress and an HDTV. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed and an HDTV. For a quiet place to relax, step outside onto the back patio and enjoy a tropical view of the private courtyard. Fresh linens are provided, but please bring beach towels. No pets.

You will enjoy the remarkable tropical swimming pool complex! There is a lagoon style swimming pool, hot tub, cold tub, children's pool and grilling area. A full exercise room is available to our guests at no charge, and there is an outdoor fireplace with rocking chairs - so go ahead and relax! Our condo at Pilot House at the Baytowne Wharf is truly the perfect choice for an enjoyable vacation!

The Baytowne Wharf is a delight! Walk to world class restaurants, boutique shopping, and a variety of family-friendly activities such as a zip line, bungee-trampoline jumping, evening entertainment, a carousel, rock climbing wall, a kids playground area and remote controlled boats. There are often 'movies on the lawn', art displays, festivals, and special events held at the Baytowne Wharf which is the heartbeat of the Resort. Fireworks are a weekly treat during summer time.

The beach is one of the most beautiful in the world. Resort guests can access the beach on the boardwalk next to the Elephant Walk Restaurant. There is a miniature golf course in the Resort, and adults can enjoy golf on three different resort golf courses. CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
