Indulge in the epitome of luxury with this stunning oceanfront condo at the Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort – Beachside One. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by expansive views of the magnificent Gulf of Mexico, setting the stage for an unforgettable beachfront experience. The spacious entry foyer leads into a large living area adorned with beautiful coastal decor that illuminates the room.

The balcony offers ample space for relaxation, providing the perfect vantage point to soak in the breathtaking vistas. These same mesmerizing views extend into the spacious all-white kitchen and the generous dining area, complete with a dining room table seating 6 guests and 4 bar stools at the kitchen counter. A delightful window seat offers a picturesque spot to admire the aqua waters and immerse yourself in the serene coastal ambiance.

Retreat to the master bedroom, where a sumptuous king-size bed awaits amidst a backdrop of gulf views. The master bath features a luxurious soaking tub with a gulf-front window and a separate shower, ensuring moments of pure indulgence. The second bedroom boasts another king bed with gulf-front views and a TV, while the expansive third bedroom offers 2 queen beds and a TV for added comfort. For additional sleeping arrangements, the queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living area provides extra accommodations, ensuring everyone enjoys a restful stay.

Convenience is key, with a washer and dryer provided for added ease. Beachside One sits directly on the beach, just steps away along the beach boardwalk, offering guests free WiFi, a seasonally-heated pool, and an exercise room for ultimate relaxation and recreation.

Great location with beautiful beach view. We really enjoyed the golf cart (nicknamed “Barney”). It was very handy to go over to Baytowne wharf. The condo is certainly a bit dated and knees, a little sprucing up, but it was very comfortable for our family.

They are not lying about the view. It's fantastic. The condo is in an awesome location and the service was great. The only thing I would say is that it could use an update. There are several outlets that don't work. It just needs general maintenance. I would stay there again based solely on location and view.

4096 beachside I tower

Awful experience Property not AS ADVERTISED!!! Mold and water damage in several rooms, appliances not in working condition, stained couches( looked like blood), torn carpets, exposed wall with no sheetrock, clogged sinks, and most importantly careless property managers with no sense of courtesy urgency or concern for guests.

The views from this unit are amazing.

The unit is very nice. It is definitely in need of some electrical updates. There were several outlets that did not function. This required that the ladies do their hair in front of the large mirror wall in the living room. A full length mirror, or any mirror, in the master would be very helpful. I left a valuable ring behind but the cleaning company could not find it. It was on the bedside table. That was heartbreaking.

Amazing inside and out

We had an overall amazing time here! The inside was clean, the view was gorgeous from almost every single window and the balconies, and the location is literally unbeatable. We definitely plan on staying here again.

Mold in bathrooms, cabinets peeling, black stuff comes out of vent when ac is on…

Let’s start with the positives: the location is amazing, there are lifeguards on the beach, security to keep the beach open for owners and renters and the shuttle to Baytowne is always convenient. The floor plan is great but this unit needs some serious attention. Outlet covers are missing (kitchen), there is an extension cord running under rugs in the living room, silver (spray painted) chairs in living room rub off on your clothes, stains on cushions and comforter, washer is moldy and smells bad, hall bath has mold on the ceilings, tile falling off (hall bath), kitchen cabinets are chipping, kitchen counters are cracked and stained and maybe the worst of all, the ac unit in the king bedroom (not the master) had black stuff blowing out of it when the ac was on. I would not recommend this unit for anyone, but especially steer clear if you have kids. The photos are very misleading. I have never taken the time to complete reviews but this unit was so bad it warranted it.

We were there to celebrate a birthday, and have a marriage ceremony. It was all great and beautiful.

Everything was excellent and beautiful. Only thing I would consider changing is the mattress in the master suite. Could feel the box springs.

Great week at sandestin

We had a great week with 6 adults one infant and one toddler. There was plenty of room with the three bedrooms. The location was perfect with a much quieter area on the beach. If the pool was open (under construction) and the appliances in the kitchen were updated (the fridge is brand new which was nice) and cabinets repaired, then it would be almost perfect. Thanks for a great place to stay.

A/C doesn’t cool master bedroom-rest if house was fine but it just couldn’t reach to other end for master bedroom, refrigerator doesn’t cool (they looked at it and said it’s working) and our milk curdled! I took a picture of it and sent but they didn’t ever reply. Washing machine has mold all around seal so clothes came out smelling horrible and couldn’t use it after the first wash. Dishwasher doesn’t clean dishes and has bad odor-had to hand wash everything. The furniture and decor was very nice and beds were so comfortable. Layout is family friendly and plenty of room. Just can’t believe they let the appliances get that bad in a nice place.

Condo met our needs

Condo has everything you need for an enjoyable stay at the beach. To fully utilize the master bedroom balcony, I would seriously recommend two nice chairs and discarding the un-useable one that’s there.

Needs updating

Overall the room is very spacious and has beautiful views everywhere you look. This unit does need a lot of updating though. The dining room chairs are almost broken and you have to use caution to sit in them. The kitchen skillets are very scratched and some of the silverware is very worn. The chair on the master balcony is broken and should be discarded. The front door works and locks, but it looks as if someone had tried to break in and you have to almost slam the door for it to shut. I have also seen these comments in previous reviews and nothing has been done about them so we probably would not book this condo for a future stay.

Perfect getaway

My family & I go every year to the same unit because you know what to expect every time you go. The beautiful beach & fun in the sun. The property is in a great location from everything you need for a great stay. Plus the staff is very professional & will help you in anyway. Can’t wait till next year already!!
