Minutes to the beach and easy walk to restaurants…… HOWEVER many things were broke such as dishwasher, glass on side table , screen door, patio chair, and sofa bed. The owner has accused me and my family of all of these damages and this was all in this shape on our arrival. I was wondering why the couch was so uncomfortable. The pillows are as flat as pancakes and the queen bed is very uncomfortable. There were no extra linens. Luckily, I was required to purchase a vacation insurance with my reservation so I won’t be out of pocket any extra expenses. We had a small issue with the bathtub drain but the owner resolved that very quickly and to our satisfaction. Everything was good with the exception of the people in the condo directly above. That’s nothing owner can control. There was a kid that was running through that condo and it sounded like they were going to come through the floor. This condo is nice and so close to the beach. You can walk out to the parking lot and hear the waves crashing across the street. This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed at Gulf View, our first experience at a different one was not as pleasant. This one was much better. Really appreciated the owner’s responsiveness and taking care of everything to make our stay enjoyable. ##### Brianne C.
