Gulfview 113 – This wonderful condo sits just steps from the beach and offers spectacular gulf views. Gulfview 113 is competitively priced while still offering guests wonderful on-site amenities. You will have access to a lagoon-shaped community pool just steps from your front door, grilling facilities, and a coin operated laundry room. Of course the star of the property is that the private gated beach access is a stone's throw away. Don’t want to hassle with beach chairs and an umbrella? You can conveniently reserve beach service while on the sand. Gulfview 113 is a wonderfully appointed 1 bedroom, 1 bath gulf view condo. Have a hard time with stairs? This is the perfect property for you! The condo sits ground floor to allow easy access for guests. Upon entering the condo you will notice the updated interior immediately. The King Bedroom has been decorated with soothing beach colors, beautiful furnishings, and a large flat screen TV for guests to enjoy before heading off to sleep. A short stroll further down the hall will lead to the bathroom then open into the kitchen and living area. The living room features another large flat screen TV and a sleeper sofa for additional guests. There is are four bar stools along the kitchen bar to allow plenty of seating for meals. At the end of the living room a sliding glass door opens onto a balcony which looks out over the beautiful emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico just off in the distance. The patio has plenty of seating for all guests to enjoy the sounds of the roaring waves just steps away. First Floor: All One Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Patio Access, Kitchen with Bar Seating, King Bedroom, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo. \*Note – This property may have date restrictions that apply. One pool is located right out the front door, other heated pool and hot tub it in back of building.
