Incredible patio furniture. We loved the location of the condo and it being Gulf front.The beach chairs being included was another plus.Our favorite was being able to bring our dog!We also liked the Pickle Ball courts.The new elevators and landscaping were noticeable.Everything was so clean around the property.The new changes to the beach entrance was a wonderful upgrade!Also the convenience of on-site machine with bags of ice.Last the relocation of the outdoor grills was perfect!We didn’t want to leave!

We visit Maravilla often, for the location and, most importantly, pet friendly accommodations. We've stayed in many units and this was probably our favorite. You can't beat the view, being on the top floor, oceanfront. The elevator is just a few steps from the unit so it's very easy to go back and forth to the car, the pool or beach. We'll definitely be back and would recommend to others looking for a wonderful beach vacation!

Great location and view of the Gulf

This was our annual Christmas family getaway, and we love our Destin trips. Weather was great, and the condo was fantastic. Ideal location for the places we like to spend time, private beach access, and very clean. The unit had everything we needed for our brief time away from the real world.

Great Family/Friend Getaway

We had such an awesome time during our stay! It was me, my husband, & our 2 young boys. In all, we had 24 ppl staying within Maravilla. We’ve been coming here for the last 21 years! We’ve seen all the condos renovate to keep up with the current times and this is one of the best of the renos. Our group does a “condo crawl” one night of our stay, visiting each couples/families condo for a signature drink & app. Everyone LOVED our condo & the decor the most. The only suggestions to the owners/management company would be a full size vacuum is necessary for successfully getting sand up, maybe an area rug at the front door once you enter and one at the back sliding door on the inside. I LOVED the storage rack provided in the kitchen to hold our pantry items. Our master shower had a clog causing water to build up. I contacted them and within an hr they were out to fix it! Wonderful communication and service!

Cute and Quaint

We loved the location, the renovations, such a nice condo! We are 3 adults, married plus our 21 year old son, and our little dog too…so it was just a little smaller than we are used to. That being said, it was still a great condo. I’m just used to a little bigger kitchen and master bath, balcony. We had an amazing time, and great weather so 👍👍

Lovely trip to Miramar Beach

This is our favorite beach vacation location by far and Maravilla is our first choice in Condos. It's always beautiful here. The condo was very nice, clean and well stocked with everything you need. Furnishings are lovely. Great location with lots of shops and restaurants and of course the beach! We LOVED our vacation!

Clean, updated condo on top floor with great view

We had a very enjoyable 6 night visit in November 2023. There was only one hitch. The 2nd bedroom was basically unusable except for sleeping. Absolutely no place to put a suitcase!! My son and daughter in law had to store their suitcases across the hall on top of the washer and dryer. That was the only convenient place we could determine to put them. Other than this, a very nice place to stay. A little overpriced for off season mid November however.

Overall property was ass listed. The couch was not very comfortable needs to be updated. The stove was very dirty, on top. Took my own smooth top stove cleaner. I couldn’t get it clean. Overall beds comfortable wonderful view of the ocean.

Family Vacay

We really enjoyed our stay at Maravilla 2403! The condo was the perfect size for us! Me, my husband, our 1 year old and my mother and father in law all stayed. The view is gorgeous. The kitchen is nicely stocked. Beds are comfy. Pools are nice and the beach access is easy to get to and beautiful. We’ll be back!

Beautiful condo with a view of the ocean

My dughter & I enjoyed our visit in this beautiful condo. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony and viewing/listening to the ocean. The only suggestion I would give to future people that stay. The code to get on the beach is the same as the one that gets you on the property. If you need to unload things from from your car their are carts under the stairwells on each floor. The coffee pot takes grounds/filter or K-pods. Hopefully the elevator close to this condo will be fixed prior to the Spring Breakers, it worked about 3 out of 5 times.
