Welcome to Summerspell 308! This charming, coastal-inspired one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, brand-new appliances, and all the essentials for preparing quick meals or leisurely dinners. An open-floor plan invites effortless conversation, with a dining table for four and a cozy living area featuring a flatscreen TV. Step out onto the balcony to breathe in the salty Gulf air and soak in the stunning view. At the end of the day, unwind in the serene master bedroom, complete with a king bed, flat screen TV, and direct access to the full bathroom. Additional sleeping arrangements include built-in hallway bunk beds and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Please note that this third-floor condo does not have access to an elevator. We have no complaints about this beach rental. This was in a great location with a clean space. The smell of clean welcomed us right through the front door. The views were perfect and we saw dolphins from our porch about 4 mornings of our stay.

Wonderful Spring Break

This is in a great location, it was a clean condo, a nice warm pool and everything we needed! We will be back soon. No complaints except for the folding door in the master bedroom, it wouldn’t stay open long enough.

Best place to stay in FL! Right off the beach, easy to get to food and entertainment and shopping! Free parking and pool access. Cleanest place with kitchen and balcony with ocean view. Loved it! Will definitely be back!

When we first walked in the place had a weird smell. Even my kids said what is that smell? The master bedroom bed was so hard and uncomfortable. We kept on waking up through the night because we were sore from the bed. Another thing the master bedroom only has blinds so at night all the outside lights come through which makes you’re room very lighted and hard to sleep not dark at all. The balcony view was fine bc we could see straight to the beach and to the pool area.

Nice place with a lovely balcony. Heated Pool. Easy access to the beach. Loved the joint standard Coffee Maker and K Cup set up. We definitely would stay here again. The only downfall was no curtains in the main bedroom. The blinds didn't block all of the light from the back hallway.

Great ocean view!

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at Summerspell #308. The condo was beautiful and well appointed. The only downside is there is no elevator so carrying luggage and groceries up and down three flights of steps was a little difficult. The beach was beautiful as always and the crowds were minimal since we were there at the end of October.

The property was nice, we were booked into a smaller facility and 30 minutes before we were to arrive we were called and told our condo didn’t have any hot water and they would try to find another one for us. About an hour later they called an found one in a much large faculty. The condo was very nice and our stay was good.

Great location and affordability

Our family of 5 stayed at this condo during July 4 holiday. We typically rent 2-3 bedroom condos because our 3 children range in ages from 22 to 10. However, this condo was so much more affordable than the 2-3 bedroom condos and the location/proximity to the beach is fantastic. Our 2 girls took the bunk beds and our son used the sofa sleeper. It was quite cozy and not having individual bedrooms resulted in alot more quality time spent with each other. The condo was clean, plenty of towels, cutlery and dishes. The view and location are great. Lots of families and small children were in the complex, very family friendly. Value for the money can't be beat.

The perfect spot

My husband and I brought our 2 and 4 year old here for 4 days and it could not have been more perfect for us. So close to the beach. The beach access is directly across the street. It is a public access but was not crowded at all. One of us would take our car full of chairs and toys to the public lot around 9am so that we wouldn’t have to carry it all across the street. We were able to get a front row spot every day. I was worried about having a third floor unit with two little ones, but the stairs weren’t steep at all and they led almost directly to our front door. The view from the third floor was just perfect. We will definitely be back!

Feeling of being home.

Beautiful place. It had everything we needed And the view was exceptionally beautiful. If anything I would say it would be nice if it had a larger TV in the bedroom and nightstand on both sides of the bed. But for the most part our stay was perfect!

The property was the spotlessly clean and well maintained. Access to the beach very convenient. The only negative was the toaster did not work and two light bulbs were out in the kitchen. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much.

The process of booking, communicating, and checking in/out was so simple and available anytime I had a question awaiting our stay. We had more than the basics provided inside the condo and it was clean! Overall a good trip! Summerspell is a great location in Destin.
