Located among our quiet neighbors in Bayside's Harbour Point community (absolutely NO HOUSE PARTIES; at least one 25+ year old adult must be staying), Rising Joy is comfortably decorated with new furniture (sofa bed and loveseat), paint, accessories, bed & bath linens, new mattress, a newly appointed kitchen, and even new windows for outstanding Bayside views. Everything feels fresh, clean & cozy. The condo provides CAREFREE CHECK-IN via our convenient electronic door locks...so, there's absolutely no long check-in process thru a property manager's office.

While you relax on the back deck, enjoy your amazing views of Choctawhatchee Bay, Sandestin Marina and Baytowne Wharf. In the lake just off the deck, turtles paddle up, hoping that you will toss them a saltine cracker. Watch golfers play #14 Links. Walk to the private pool just steps away.

Oh, the included golf cart...you're about 5 or 6 minutes away from everything on the resort (including Publix Market @ Grand Boulevard)! Explore Beachside, Bayside, Lakeside and the Village at Baytowne Wharf as you leisurely drive past picturesque lakes (yes you may fish our lakes...catch & release, of course), and through beautiful neighborhoods. Best advice - jump in the cart and explore all of the resort.

Cruise Beachside through the convenient underground tunnel to Sandestin's sugar white beaches, dining, and in season, Tiki Bar, beach combing, parasailing, Wave Runners, a basketball court and miniature golf..

Bayside, hit 'em straight at one of Sandestin's golf courses (*see more info below). ***Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort is a 2,400-acre destination resort in Miramar Beach, Florida, on Northwest Florida's Gulf Coast. The resort is located between the Gulf of Mexico and the Choctawhatchee Bay. Sandestin has 30 neighborhoods with 1,600 condominiums, homes, villas, town homes, and hotel accommodations. The accommodations are grouped into four resort areas: Beachside, Village, Bayside, and Lakeside. Built on undeveloped land, it was designed to look like it had grown out of a historic fishing village.
**Sandestin has beaches and bay front, four golf courses, 15 tennis courts, 19 swimming pools, a 113-slip marina, children's programs, a fitness center and spa. It also includes a zip line, carousel, ropes course, and bungee jump.
**Sandestin Tennis Center has 15 private tennis courts in hard and Hydrogird clay. The tennis center includes a clubhouse, private tennis courts, ladies tennis and children's offerings, and a tennis shop.

*The Raven Golf Club was designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr. and opened for play in March 2000. It annually hosts a PGA Champions Tour stop. This course meanders through wetlands and is noted for water features, bunkering and fairways lined with tall pines. The Tifeagle greens are fast in speed. Raven plays from 5,060 yards to 6,931 yards.
*Baytowne Golf Club is Tom Jackson's second golf course at Sandestin; it opened in 1984 and was renovated in 2005. The rolling fairways of this course are lined with tall pines and lead to large, undulating greens that are moderate in speed. Water comes into play on twelve holes and the entire course is heavily bunkered. Baytowne is a par 71 course, and plays from 3,002 yards to 6,804 yards.
*The Links Golf Club winds alongside the Choctawhatchee Bay. Designed by architect Tom Jackson, this course opened for play in 1973. The medium-sized greens are moderately undulating and moderate in speed. Water hazards come into play on 14 holes including five holes on the bay. The Links Course plays from 4,969 yards to 6,710 yards.
*Burnt Pine Golf Club was designed by architect Rees Jones, and opened for play in 1994. This 18 hole course winds through wetlands and marshes. The many water features of this course come into play on 14 holes including three holes on the bay. The greens are medium in size and fast in speed with large undulations. Burnt Pine plays from 5,153 to 7,001 yards.

AGREEMENT FOR USE OF THE GOLF CART INCLUDED IN MY STAY AT 803 HARBOUR POINT DRIVE AT HARBOUR POINT IN THE SANDESTIN RESORT.

I understand and agree to abide by such rules as set forth in the 803 Harbour Point Drive golf cart policy & procedures - to include assuming all responsibility for any fines or damages incurred as a result of any operator violating any of the rules in this policy.

I agree to indemnify and save and hold harmless Sandestin Owners Association (SOA), Harbour Point (HP) and/or Greg Hull (GH) from and for, any and all liability, claims, suits, proceedings, demands, losses, damages or expense of any name or nature, including administrative orders, proceedings and arbitration, which SOA, HP and/or GH sustains or incurs, including all claims regarding the negligence or fault of SOA, HP and/or GH for property loss, personal injury or death, resulting in any way, or in any manner connected with the use or operation of a golf cart.

I assume full risk of any loss, injury or damage whatsoever occurring while operating a golf cart in Sandestin.

If SOA, HP and/or GH in the enforcement of any part of this Agreement, incurs any reasonably necessary expense, or becomes obligated to pay attorney's fees, court costs, witnesses' fees, travel costs, investigation charges and the like, I shall be held liable for such expense. This right of indemnity shall include any and all civil or administrative costs incurred. Exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of this Agreement shall be held in Walton County, Florida and Florida law will govern.
