Great location. Honestly that sells this place. I do t want this to be a negative post but I REALLY wish we would have known more so I’ll let others know! This unit has zero beach chairs or anything to use at beach. I’ve never stayed at a condo that didn’t have atleast a few fold up beach chairs. So if you want to spend 57 a day for two chairs and umbrella then you have to go out and buy beach chairs which we did for our whole family. That was a big let down. You can only put tents up down the beach a ways. Not on your property you are staying. We would have had to pay 685 for four chairs and we have five people for the week. So expensive. The master bed is SO HARD. I have never slept on a harder bed before. It hurts your body. The house also does not come stocked with anything other than a couple dishwasher tablets and garbage bags. Also about half teaspoon of salt and pepper. They have no extra bedding or blankets. Just a couple extra bath towels. Other than that you need to bring…-Toilet paper (they only provided what’s on the roll when you get there) -Hand soap - salt and pepper /cooking oil/ any spices- ziplock bags of any kind- coffee filters-paper towels (they have one roll)Basically you get the condo close to beach! We vacation in Florida every year and I’ve never come across a condo lacking in so much. But I have also never stayed first floor so close to beach. It’s a toss up if I would do it again. It was a prime location with only steps to the beach and pool. You literally walk out the back door and you are on the beach. Having a private beach was so nice with less crowds and the Edgewater staff was wonderful with the umbrella and chair rentals. The mattress in master bedroom is overly firm and uncomfortable. However, the gulf views are outstanding. Plus, easy access to the beach and pool. The resort is close to a grocery store, pharmacy, and restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the nearby fresh seafood market. We were somewhat surprised when representatives from a TV cable company knocked on the door stating they needed to update equipment. We felt management should have notified us prior to their visit. Beware: The exit door security code was disabled 30 minutes early before designated check out time. ##### Othmar W. If you have small kids, this is the best place for you, literally seconds from the beach, pool, and a short walk up the property is a small playground area. When we arrived we were so pleased with the cleanliness and space of the unit. It felt so cozy and we felt right at home. The beds were a little hard but the location and condition of the unit made up for it! We would 100% come back and recommend this property to anyone! Especially those with kids! ##### Collin N. Great location, super close to restaurants, groceries, touristic places. Just a few steps away from a pretty much private beach. Only thing is that if you are planning to stay and cooking just make sure to get your own set of knives because the ones at the apartment don’t work. Other than that, we had such a great time and can’t wait to get back next summer! 100% recommended! ##### Emilio D. Beds were comfortable, condo beautifully decorated, roomy for my family! Why eat out when the kitchen was nicely furnished? Walked to Winn Dixie everyday, my son liked to try various items. We enjoyed eating meals on the patio watching the waves. Not to mention drinks and snacks were steps from the beach! We will definitely be back to this condo! ##### Nolan P. We had a few issues upon arrival but literally every time I called the management team was on it. Was disappointed that the cable was down for our last 3 days, we like watching late night shows to wind down, but we kept busy playing board games and such. Nothing to complain about when your in a beautiful condo directly on the beach! Enjoyed night time walks along the beach. Saw fireworks from the patio, it was just an awesome vacation.
