FLOORPLAN ⭐ This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers a comfortable and affordable stay with relaxing pool views from the second-floor balcony. Inside, the spacious kitchen is great for preparing family meals, and a convenient stackable washer and dryer are nearby. The living room features a sofa sleeper, a cozy chair, and a TV for relaxing evenings. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, an updated en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and an open vanity. The guest bedroom accommodates three with a full mattress on the bottom bunk, a twin on top, and its own TV. A second bathroom with a tub/shower combo is just across the hall. \*The condo has been recently painted and is furnished differently in the living room - new photos are coming soon! It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking. STARTER KIT ⭐ Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie. Wi-Fi ⭐ Our property offers free Wi-Fi, and the details can be found in the property binder located in the kitchen/living room area or in the digital property guidebook. While we strive to provide a reliable connection, please note that Wi-Fi signal strength may vary, especially during peak season due to high demand in the area. If you require high-speed internet, we recommend bringing a personal hotspot device. Please remember to bring your streaming service passwords and log out when you leave. PARKING ⭐ Parking is limited to a maximum of 2 vehicles per reservation, as strictly enforced by the resort. You'll have one reserved spot, and the second is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Unfortunately, the resort does not allow more than 2 vehicles or any type of trailer. Please note that unreturned parking passes may result in a fine. NO ELEVATOR ACCESS ⭐ Please note: This property does not have an elevator. Stairs are required to access the unit. ​​​​​​​ BEACH SERVICE ⭐ Complimentary beach service is not included with your stay. However, beach chair and umbrella rentals are typically available through the beach attendant near Pompano Joe's. You'll often find beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas at the condo for your use as part of a leave-one, take-one setup, so we can't guarantee what will be available upon your arrival. However, guests are welcome to enjoy whatever is there! POOLS ⭐ The community offers two pools just steps from our condo! Please review and adhere to the Safety Precautions sign next to the amenity. Use the amenity at your own risk! PETS ⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave. BOOKING ⭐ You must be 25+ to book. The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property. Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in. No events or parties are allowed. CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT ⭐ Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST. EARLY ARRIVALS ⭐ We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST. KITCHEN ⭐ The fully equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher under the sink. SMOKING ⭐ NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1,000 fee for smoking inside the property. REFUNDS ⭐ Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.
