Let me start by saying the condo is right across the street from the Gulf! We checked in around 9pm and picked up our "welcome packet" from an unlocked lock box containing other people's packets as well. The envelope had a parking pass and code to access the door by the garage. There were bracelets for the pool. Lacked free ice machine, instead had a 24/7 ice vending machine on the first floor. The elevator was very slow. If you're not able to utilize the stairs or have plans for 5pm be prepared to wait up 15 minutes to get from your floor to the lobby. The room was clean, however our room was an adjoining room to the main condo. Essentially making our room like a double bed hotel room. The people renting the main condo space were so loud you could hear them throw the walls. And if that was bad enough, they let there 13 - 15 year olds run wild, literally down the hall. There was a power surge while we were there and the water was cut off because the pumps were down. Rather then the property reaching out explaining what happened and how to rectify the situation;we had to contact the property manager explain we had no water, wait for them to make calls to verify the issue, and then reach back out to us to explain who to get the water working in our room again. To future renters be prepared and bring your own pillows and blankets because their pillows were very uncomfortable and there were no extra blankets.
