"Definitely always stay here when in Clare . Best property in the area for accommodation. Staff is sometimes a bit light and so not served super quick but hey when on holiday !! Only other improvement could be the better bath towels .. pretty thin and scrstchy but bed linen great . "
"Lovely apartments very close to town and everything you need but still peaceful. Loved the balcony with fly screens! TV is huge and works from the sofa or bed. The only things that could be improved are providing salt and pepper, more than two mugs and turning off the automatic light in the bathroom (it's just too bright if you need the loo in the night). "
Bronte Manor, Wuthering Heights ~ min. 4 people - dog friendly
10/10 Excellent
"It was lovely little house in middle of nowhere. Loved the quiet nature around us. We would have preferred to be closer to town so could go to restaurants but in the end we enjoyed just staying in and cook there. Upstairs bedroom was bit too scary for our age ladies. Luckily enough beds downstairs. Hosts have been wonderful to contact with. "
"Cabin was quite shabby. TV didn't work and it took until the following day to fix it. Then the toilet failed to flush and that took time to fix. When wet, the bathroom floor was extremely slippery and dangerous. When I checked on-line, I found that I had been charged a lot more than the advertised rate. Was told by office, that they put price up when demand was high."
"An amazing property tucked away, in what felt like in the middle of nowhere, though only 10 minutes to the centre of Clare. Cottage has been beautifully maintained and authentic to its period. Comfortable beds and all necessary appliances etc. Would definitely stay there again."
"We had a great time exploring Mintaro from our pet friendly miners cottage.Peppertree cottage had a warm cozy bed, clean linen and surrounds with bread, milk, and orange juice left for us along with a nice bottle of Mr Micks Riesling. No gas on arrival, but the bottles are around the back near the BBQ!!Stump and Magpie was very pet accommodating too and the meal at Uppside restaurant in Penwortham was exceptional, and also very pet friendly. So many wineries we missed out on, so we'll be happily returning one day and gladly stay in Peppertree again, maybe with family staying at Tickles at the same time."
