There's plenty of easy parking on the street out front and the surrounding neighborhood is quiet and safe. The space itself is a finished attic but doesn't feel at all cramped. A tall person -- 6.2 or so -- may have to duck a bit in some spots and a person with mobility issues will struggle with the stairs that lead to the unit. For a studio it's quite roomy with an ample living area, a partial kitchen (microwave, sink, fridge), and a separate room with bunk beds. We were able to check in early because of our morning flight, and were greeted with some chocolate. We had everything we needed, including a very comfortable bed with great pillows and linens! In one word. This was probably the best situation for us. Looked small in pictures but lots of space and room. Also very cozy lots of thoughtful amenities and beautiful art! We will be back.
