"Overall the hotel is nice and convenient. However, the staff likes to gather at the front desk and talk among themselves while guests have to wait in line for service. When I was checking in, my check in was interrupted a couple times by another employee. The breakfast was delicious but the young gentlemen who was in charge of the area doesn't interact with guests and doens't bring silverware to the guests either. He had them rolled up in napkins in front of him. When I asked for a spoon he told me to look by the cereal but it was empty then he told me to check by the bagels. The display for the spoon wasn't easy to see considering all the other items on the tables. If he knew where it was at, why not just give one to me or bring me over to where they were at. He did not want to leave the cashier station for anything and at the time, I was the only guest dining. If you stay here, don't expect great service. It's just okay. "
