« The moment we pulled down the driveway and saw the pond and land, we knew we made the right choice. Went inside to fine a very nice house with eggs and bottled water in fridge, snacks, ice in the freezer, and much more. Bug spray was available outside. « I was looking for a place for my dad, his dog and I to stay for 5 days. I knew we probably wouldn't be too comfortable in a hotel for that long, so I came across this cabin. I figured my dad would really enjoy it. Cabins in the woods aren't my cup of tea, but it was very homey. The owner was very friendly. There wasn't a ton of info regarding check in or out, but we figured it out. Overall, was pretty happy with the place. »

« Wanted to stay downtown Marietta for the Sternwheel Festival and the location of this property was perfect ! It was clean - questions were answered promptly, beds were comfy - and white noise machines were even provided (it was Sternwheel weekend so I was prepared for that anyway) It was so nice - I've already booked it for 2025 ! A couple things to mention if you're planning on staying here - bring a block for your chargers - we had cords but no block - quick trip to CVS one block away...

« Interior decorating was spot on. Not enough cookware. Washer and dryer costs $1.50:each; first VRBO we’ve ever had to pay Bed was comfortable. Only one large closet, however, rod was very high…needs to be lowered for average height folks. Recommend not reserving ground floor units…very noisy when upstairs unit is occupied. »

« The home was nicely furnished with three living room areas, a complete kitchen with every thing you need, four bedrooms with comfortable bedding, three full bathrooms and linens supplied. We very much enjoyed the party house right on the river and the adjacent fire pit with comfortable benches. The driveway to the home is steep but very negotiable for cars and motorcycles. We enjoyed the time so much we are considering coming back next year. »
