We had a great stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our trip. The bed was incredibly comfortable; we both slept great.The location worked well for us, and being right across from the small airport was a unique feature. Hearing a plane take off this morning was pretty neat.Checkout was quick and easy, which we always appreciate. Overall, this was a comfortable place to stay, and we’d be happy to stay here again.

Excellent stay. Quiet neighborhood and comfortable space. I’m visiting small towns in NE Texas looking for some retirement property or home. Diane’s place is centrally located in between two lakes and the charming town of Mineola. The room was more than enough for a solo traveler. I booked through Expedia and apparently there is some issue with the communication with the VRBO app. It seemed like our messages were delayed or didn’t come through on one app but would show up on the other app. I missed the trash day message she sent me and didn’t see it till the next morning. But, having a pickup, I threw it in the back and discarded it appropriately with permission at another location on my travels. I was able to see three small planes takeoff from the airport across the street. Pretty cool. Quiet and plenty of privacy.
