It is the primary remembrance of the rested locals of Camiguin. The cemetery sunk when Mt. Vulcan Daan erupted between the years 1871 to 1875. The cemetery has long been devoured by the sea. Back then, the tombstones can still be viewed underwater. But today, because of natural occurrences and other changes, the cemetery can no longer be seen. I guess it has already been buried deep. It's a beautiful view from up here. I am standing on what seems to be a balcony (or a viewing deck). There are stairs that lead down to the shore. From there you can rent boats that take you to the cross. Good times!
