You won’t forget the Peaceful Surroundings of this Rustic Destination. The Farm Cottage at Eagles Landing offers a Country Setting with Modern Conveniences. Upstairs has 2 Open Lofts with 3 beds. Nestled within working Horse Farm. This cabin has a Full Kitchen, Bath and High-Speed Wi-Fi. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets while relaxing by the Fire Pit. Hike nearby trails to the creek. 30 mins to Navarre Beach, Pensacola Beach & Milton. 7 miles to I-10\. Adventures & Memories await, book today. Cabin is nestled within a working Horse Farm. This is a 3-acre property total. The Cottage is nestled between the 2 pastures and has its own private driveway. It’s adjacent up to Florida Scenic Trailways and Yellow River Reserve. On-Site Farm Managers live on the Front Pasture and feed and water the horses next to the Cabin aily. With 24-hour notice, they are happy to provide a Complimentary Interaction with the Horses including Treats. About 35 minutes to Navarre Beach, Pensacola Beach, Downtown Pensacola or Downtown Milton. Less than 7 miles to I-10, Exit 31\. There are a variety of restaurants nearby as well as activities such as canoeing, kayaking, ziplining and shopping. Our Property adjoins the Florida Scenic Trail with direct access to the Orange, White, and Blue Trails and Several Creeks within a 15–20-minute hike. Horse stalls are adjacent to the cabin, so guests can choose to watch or participate in a complimentary Equine Experience. The Horses love (supervised) attention and (approved) treats. Just message the host to schedule your free Equine Experience. ONE Small, Friendly Dog (less than 45 lbs) MAY be allowed if $ 35 Pet Fee is Paid Prior to Check-In. Owners must Keep Pet OFF the Furniture while Inside, ON a Leash While Outside and Clean up after Pets Inside and Out. Guests begin their adventure at Eagles Landing by entering the 2nd gate and following the driveway up to the Cabin. Please park only on the asphalt driveway due to underground utilites. Door codes and Wi-Fi password provided for self-check-in will be provided a couple hours prior to check in. Guest book includes property and local information. This property has a spiral staircase and all beds are located in the upstairs loft. There are also steps required to access the interior space of the property. Please plan accordingly. Follow the driveway through the second gate to the Farm Cottage. Cottage is Reserved Exclusively for Guests; however, Farm Manager or Host may access the yard around the Cottage, farm shed behind the Cottage or laundry room for Farm chores and other farm activities. Our horses are NOT Available for Riding. Paid Rides can be booked through our Trainer or local stables, additional information available. This property is a little off the beaten path and offers access to hiking, bike, and horse trails, as well as nearby opportunities for kayaking and outdoor adventures. All beds are upstairs, accessed by spiral staircases. Some amenities are shared on the front pasture, such as fire-pit, camping chairs, grill, and outdoor tables. Clean up after yourself and put things back where you found them. Eagles Landing is a working horse farm. Equine activities are inherently dangerous; therefore, guests are not permitted in horse pastures or paddocks at any time. Please do NOT feed horses unless accompanied by a host or trainer. Horses are livestock, not pets. We strive to create a safe interaction between our horses and guests. We give our guests privacy, but live nearby. We love sharing our knowledge and passion for horses. However, you are responsible for your safety and those you allow on the property. We care about the properties we manage. Additional Fees will be charged for extra cleaning, smells and damages. Kids loved the farm, they got a chance to feed the animals and learn all about them. Some of the most beautiful beaches in the country are 35 minutes away. Hosts were great. It is a very secluded area which is great that is away from the hustle and bustle. However after a few days in my husband and I didn't realized that the property managers would be entering the small front room with the washer/cleaning supply room what seemed daily (attached to the tiny home in front). It drove our dog insane stirring him awake to bark which caused us all to be unable to sleep past a certain hour. The property managers let us know they would try to be quiet. The wake up call was very disturbing 6-8am. James was very kind sharing many different produce. We appreciate the gratitude from him. However we expected a little more privacy and peace. It was a little shocking to not feel comfortable even opening the blinds because their RV is right outside the tiny house and to see them just sitting outside facing right towards the property. Well we just pull the blinds and called it a day. However, that wasn't the only issue. The property just was too hot in the loft for comfort. We had to resort to buying air mattresses just to sleep on the floor just to manage not sweating while sleeping. On the rainy days it was much more manageable but not livable. We have to rent multiple other places (unbearable inadequate cooling). Your property would work well for the winter/and spring. We left the place clean spent hours cleaning with photos. We were told it was a mess after checkout (lies) RENTER BEWARE!! Only improvement needed is better climate control. The beds being upstairs in the loft, the temperature at night was very high and trying to get to sleep was difficult because of that. Another thing to keep in mind is that this is a rural area, and as such, there are chances of rifles, shotguns and pistols being fired. One night, two rifle shots woke me up at 2AM, and then at 3AM there was another rifle shot that rung out. I grew up in the country and wasn’t worried.
