The Blue Escape Pool House

Offering an inground pool, basketball court, and outdoor games, this beautiful home will be fun for the whole family! Inside features multiple living areas including an open den, a loft, and a game room equipped with a ping pong and foosball table. Plus with the 3 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, there`s enough space for everyone! Downtown Pensacola and the stunning white sands of Pensacola Beach are just a short drive away but you probably won`t want to leave this private oasis!

Smoking is permitted outdoors but all waste must be removed prior to your departure. Feminine products and wet wipes must not be flushed or additional plumbing charges may apply. Pet Fee is $150. No pets in the pool or an additional fee will be assessed. Please only park in the driveway or garage. Do not park in the grass. Backyard flood light switch is located in the upstairs hall behind the bathroom door when it is opened. Trash pickup is on Mondays and Thursdays. Following your booking, you will receive a link to complete the check-in form and rental agreement required to finalize your reservation. Otherwise, enjoy your stay. Let us know if you need anything!

The Blue Escape was truly that. The house had anything you would need. The pool was so relaxing and fun. The beds were comfy and there were tv’s everywhere you would want one. The blue house was easy to find and in a great central location. We definitely plan to stay again in the future.

Great stay!

The perfect property for family gatherings. Well appointed, roomy, everything we needed and more! Convenient to shopping and local attractions. Everything from toys for toddlers to pool toys, outside games, plus great getaway spaces for conversations. Beds are super comfy, pool is beautiful. 10/10 recommend!

Great experience!

Very happy with our stay and experience. The house was true to the listing. Plenty of space for our family of 5 plus two small dogs. Close enough to the beach and other areas around town. The communication was excellent. Would recommend to anyone else.

All bases covered…

In town to visit family who live in the area and celebrate my 49th birthday. The house was the perfect gathering place to spend time catching up. I’m pretty sure the 3 yr old nephew played with every toy in the closet. The 2 day checkers tournament got pretty intense. When weather permitted, the big kids/young adults behaved like children in the pool. There is plenty space for being together while also providing places to retreat for a movie when the littles start to wear out. Clean, comfortable, great location! From one Veteran family to another, thanks for the hospitality! Go Army!

Felt like home

We had dance nationals in Pensacola and we really didn’t want to stay right in the middle of everything so we decided to find us a nice place on the out skirts of everything but close enough to still have a nice time and when I seen the Blue house I thought it was really nice from the pictures and it had a pool and everything we have at home . When we arrived the house smelled amazing and when I tell you this house has everything you could ever need on vacation it has it . It was truly home away from home . It even comes stocked with a fully stocked cabinet of toys for the kids . My kids don’t really play with toys anymore but I seen them actually being kids again it truly made my momma heart happy !! Thanks so much for having us if we ever have to come back that way for anything we will definitely rent from you guys again !! Definitely well worth 10 star rating !!

We ended up checking out and leaving. We got back home that night four hours away and realized that we did not have our daughter’s princess pillow that she has slept with for the last four years. Luckily we have family in the area still and the property manager was able to open the door remotely to allow one of my family members and to collect her pillow so that we can get her pillow back to her My four-year-old daughter is forever grateful for that small act of kindness. We do appreciate everything and we will definitely be back as we stay in the area pretty regularly. We absolutely enjoyed this home. We have a three-year-old a four-year-old and a nine-year-old. The Poole was the most used thing in the home. All bedding was comfortable and showers were large. The water pressure in the home was the most impressive thing to me as it is a big deal for me when I shower.
