Loved the courtyard outside with the firepits. So quiet and relaxing. Loved the pavilion down the hill. Breakfast was nice and staff was very friendly.

The pool is a saltwater pool, which is nice. It could have been a little warmer. The bed was not very comfortable. The staff was very nice, and the property is well maintained.

We Really like the saltwater pool. Plenty of Parking and the shopping in walking distance too.

Check in time was at 3:00pm. I arrived at 3:20pm and was in formed that they were behind and the room was not ready yet. After my five hour drive I was not happy but I also know things happen. My only problem was the attitude of Gail at the front desk. I asked if she had any idea of a time and she replied that she had only been there 20 minutes and did not know. We liked everything about the hotel but her.

The weather wasn’t great, so we enjoyed spending time at the hotel playing games in the lobby. The lobby attendant checked on us, turned on lights for us and even started the fireplace. We appreciated the hospitality!

I have stayed here many times while visiting Amish Country. The staff is always very friendly. The location is perfect. The room is clean and set up nicely. It has a table area for eating (or game playing), a refrigerator, microwave and large sink. It's perfect.

Be aware. They will charge you a $100 deposit when you arrive.whats frustris they lied to me stating they were just putting my card on file and then charged me the 100. Supposedly itll be reimbursed but they refused to give me receipts. The breakfast bar was good but they complained nonstop that people were actually eating it. Staff over all was rude and unhelpful. The rooms where ok. There is a light that wont shut off so if you need a dark room bring something to cover.it.

Hi Lynn, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. We apologize for your experience at check in and breakfast. It is standard procedure for all hotels to do a credit authorization on a card upon check in due to the fact that you booked through a third party. We need to have your financial information on file should you need to charge any incidentals. As it was only an authorization, there would not be a hard post to your account, the amount would show as pending. This amount is released as soon as you check out. In order to avoid a credit authorization at any hotel, you would need to make the reservation directly with the property. Per our contract with third party booking platforms, we are unable to provide you with a copy of your receipt. If one has not already been emailed to you, please reach out to Expedia directly in order to obtain one.The balcony lights do not shut off for security purposes. Sometimes the black out drapes tend to get tucked behind the regular drapes and the sheers, we do apologize if you missed them.I have forwarded your comments regarding the breakfast staff to our General Manager for further review. We thank you for your business and again apologize for your experience.
We enjoyed our stay very much; all the shops were in walking distance which was very convenient. Parking was available all around the building so easy assessable to your room. On our last stay they were replacing the front entrance roofing they started at 6 a.m. a bit early for people who are not early birds. The breakfast buffet was limited but was sufficient, we were visiting during the week.
