The Space: \*\*\*\*As part of routine lake maintenance and shoreline repair efforts by Georgia Power, Lake Sinclair will be drawn down by approximately 5 feet starting October 25, 2025\. Sparta, Ga). This property is near 25-30 minutes away from GCSU & GMC. You will find groceries, dining and entertainment near 25-35 minutes from the property.
