« Quaint Quarters is a beautifully decorated, spacious, and comfortable cottage to stay in for a getaway to Colonial Beach. The cottage was equipped with everything we needed for our stay and we loved sitting out on the big front porch in the evenings. « The inside of the property is fairly nice and defintley adequate for a nice getaway. However, the outside of the home needs some work. It's not falling apart, but could use cleaning, painting and a few touchups/repairs in some areas. The decks are dirty and could easily be cleaned. The house's hardie siding is faded and dirty and needs painting. The gutters need cleaning and painting and areas of the roof need to be cleaned off. I noticed these areas because I am a contractor.
