Despite staying on a high floor with no windows open, I noticed these bugs in the common areas. It would be good if the staff could address this issue rather than letting them roam freely in those spaces."

"Everything was perfect. They even have different types of shampoo at the lobby for you to try. However, the ones in the room are already good enough. My dry hair became so soft and manageable. The staff were excellent - helpful and patient. True Japanese hospitality and service. There is free coffee and tea at the lobby with a small area for guests to relax and read newspapers too. Loved its proximity to the train station, especially if you are travelling a lot. "
