"Gym and spa is fantastic. Cocktail bar is very nice but service can be a little slow. Weirdly only two packets of milk per day so the coffee machine is largely useless. Needs to be significantly more. Bed was mostly comfy. Balcony area is nice. Generally a very good hotel but a few areas require improvement "

Only downside was the room was far too hot (up to 26 degrees) and the air con wasn’t working as it was still on the winter setting. The only suggestion was to open the window which helped a bit but it couldn’t be left open overnight. "

"A splendid boutique hotel located in a quiet corner of the old town in Bratislava. Rooms were well appointed with an opulent feel and the beds were comfortable with a choice of luxurious pillows. The breakfast buffet had a huge choice of options and the staff were lovely: friendly, attentive and helpful. The adjacent restaurant was great value with high quality food beautifully presented. A lovely hotel that I’m happy to recommend. "
