« I was very surprised at the beauty of this beachhouse and the fact that we could have our dogs with us as well as extended family. There was so much thoughtfulness...everything from plenty of dishes and pots/pans to scissors in the drawer which we used numerous times. « My family is from Palacios and we have stayed at several homes there and this is by far the best home we have stayed in. My mother passed away on Monday morning and we decided to still go to Palacios and celebrate her. I will definitely be staying here again. The property was fully furnished. Plenty of towels, kitchen essentials and games for the kids. Not to mention the cable was a plus. »

« We've stayed three times in this neighborhood and this has been our favorite property so far. Kevin and Fran have made lots of updates. It's great having the boat dock at the house and a public ramp right down the street. While the fish didn't cooperate this time, we still had a blast celebrating Easter and hanging out with friends. »

« I made my reservation using Hotels.com and it was pre-paid. However, the hotel also billed me separately for the stay on the same AMEX credit card. When I reported it to the hotel the owner, someone who goes by the name Tiger, said he had a problem with Hotels.com and was trying to work it out. He said Hotels.com is "difficult to work with." So while he sorts out whatever that problem is I guess his solution is that I pay twice for the same stay. Not so good from the customer's standpoint. ...
