My friends and I had the perfect getaway weekend in Newport! Julie's house is absolutely lovely... And we love to cook big dinners and brunches and her kitchen really did come fully equipped. There was plenty of space for all 9 of us and the house was incredibly clean, plenty of towels to shower and the kitchen was fully stocked. I would definitely recommend staying here especially during the summer months since its so close to the beach. This rental property was absolutely perfect for our "Girls Weekend" getaway! The house was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Right by the beach with all the amenities needed for family vacation away from home. Julie was a pleasure to work with and worked with us on a few special requests. Aug 29, 2012 #### Perfect family vacation home in a great location My family (6 adults and 3 kids) enjoyed a weeklong stay at 37 Tuckerman. This house is beautiful, clean, well stocked and in a great location. We loved being so close to the beach! I have to admit I was a bit nervous since this was the first time I rented a home through homeaway.com, but we were all relieved once we stepped inside. The house looks even better in person! It smelled clean. The kitchen was fully stocked. We had everything we needed for the beach, from towels to toys. There was even a crib for our toddler daughter. This helped to make our stay relaxing -- all we had to do was buy groceries and we were set for the week. We also loved having the swing set in the yard and all the toys in the garage. Julie welcomed us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the property. She was a pleasure to interact with and very responsive throughout, from our first phone call inquiry to our last day. There were 4 couples and 3 babies that were age 1 and under. It was the perfect location being close to the beach and made it easy to bring a ton of extra things for the babies. The bedrooms were good size to fit a pack and play and were even bigger than what we expected based on the listing pictures. The house was clean and communication with the owner was seamless. This was also a great location to walk to local restaurants and a very easy ride into town. The property was really well stocked. Endless shower/beach towels, beach accessories, chairs, etc. You really don't have to pack much! This was the perfect summer vacation and week away with friends. ##### Colleen B.
