"The property is definitely motel level with patched walls, etc. Staff was fine. Grateful that it had a fridge. However, what truly made the difference for me is that 1) the fridge was a Bud Light fridge that didn’t close all the way-rendering it not useful for food storage. 2) There were hairs all over my bed where my head should be 3) ALL of the pillows were down, to which I’m highly allergic. I put no down pillows in my accommodations suggestions when booking but was never contacted to say they didn’t have other options. Thus, I had to source my own pillows on the fly, which ended up being my travel pillows. Good thing I had these in hand and that I only stayed for less than a night."

"Hotel was nice. but a few hiccups: 1. We didn’t receive fresh towels or coffee (i.e., cleaning service) on our second day. 2. We were placed in a room that was directly across from a meeting room where a prayer service was held early on Sunday morning. We were awoken by loud voices and singing. 3. I had to ask for breakfast vouchers ( they were not offered) even though they were included in our weekend package. My brother who was in a separate room was not told about nor did he ever receive the vouchers."

"The microwave in 202 is broken. Didn’t use it but the door doesn’t close and the light stays on. Just letting you know I did tell the girl at the front desk. "

"The room smelled so bad. Like smoke plus wet carpet. We had to buy a box fan and then open our door and run the fan for an hour at first then run air con, open window even though it was raining outside and run the box fan at night. The rooms are worn and tired although the shower pressure was good and water was warm. Carpet in room made me wear socks all the time. "
