It was a little difficult to find and get into the room. The access key to the building didn’t work which made it tricky to get in and out. When we checked in, the person at the front desk tried to charge us $200 more dollars for a building fee. We didn’t pay though. The owner of the place was great to work with. If you rent with this host you run a high-risk of being without a place to stay the last minute. Upon check-in, the host will try to direct you to cancel the reservation on your end to deflect responsibility onto the guest. After research online, it is clear the host utilizes multiple 3rd party platforms to double book this property. However, if you can find a room in this same building, but from a different renter/owner, I would. Jay was not very responsive. At times wouldn't respond at all to my questions. The key to the building and elevator wouldn't work and so you always had to ask the front desk to get you to where you needed to go. I would say this unit sleeps 5 and not the 6 it states. The couch bed could fit two kids, but not two adults.
