Great Location

Great location, spacious, and clean accommodations! It was a little difficult to find and get into the room. The access key to the building didn’t work which made it tricky to get in and out. When we checked in, the person at the front desk tried to charge us $200 more dollars for a building fee. We didn’t pay though. The owner of the place was great to work with. The management of the building was not super helpful.

AVOID IF YOU NEED DEPENDABLE ACCOMMODATIONS

***Unreliable and unprofessional***As stated in previous review, this host will wait until check-in to cancel your reservation. If you rent with this host you run a high-risk of being without a place to stay the last minute. Upon check-in, the host will try to direct you to cancel the reservation on your end to deflect responsibility onto the guest. After research online, it is clear the host utilizes multiple 3rd party platforms to double book this property. It's incredibly stressful and unacceptable, especially for travelers relying on confirmed bookings I cannot stress enough to rent from a different condo owner in this complex (also recommended by a previous review) In the Midblock Miami complex, there are numerous superhost owners who truly value the safety of you and the quality of your vacation.

It was a great location and the staff that worked at Midtown was very nice and helpful. However, if you can find a room in this same building, but from a different renter/owner, I would. Jay was not very responsive. At times wouldn't respond at all to my questions. The key to the building and elevator wouldn't work and so you always had to ask the front desk to get you to where you needed to go. I would say this unit sleeps 5 and not the 6 it states. The couch bed could fit two kids, but not two adults. Also, multiple buttons on the oven didn't work.

This property is very much scamming. They waited until after my check in date/time to reach out to tell me to cancel to the booking and when I responded to tell them that they have to cancel it on their end, there was no response. Expedia reached out on my behalf a couple of times and they still didn’t respond.
