Modern Cottage • 2BR/2BA, King Suite + Bunk/Den, Garden, 5 Min to Miami Beach!

The cottage is one floor with 2 Rooms, one is the master bed room with a king bed perfect for 2people, and private bathroom inside and the other room is an open Den that has a Bunk bed for one person on the top and below is a sofa bed for the other person, in this area 2 people can sleep, the second bathroom is next to the kitchen. The kitchen/living/ dining room area has a very confortable couch which can acomodate One more person. This is a modern Cottage with a very cozy style, that makes you feel at home. You can enjoy Nature when in the garden!! This neighborhood is peacefull wonderful for walks or riding bicycle, we are 4 blocks from the high rising trendy Brickell Nightlife area, full of restaurants, bars, shopping , perfect for day and nightlife!!!
Pets are not allowed on the property, the house is allergy free!

Very nice place to stay !

We had a great stay in a well-located place. I was traveling with my children, aged 13, 17, and 18. Julia's house is located near a supermarket, very praticle. And its proximity to major roads to go at a lot of beaches andInteresting activity at Miami.The house was well equiped and comfy. We had a great time there.

It was okay for what i needed

Our impression of this place was that it has a whole lot of potential but has been let go. The owner was nice and responded when we messaged her so that was good. We loved having a king size bed but we were a little disappointed. The house needs to have a very good cleaning. The furniture needs to be updated besides the bed that was good. One of the biggest things that made us upset was the air conditioning. We would turn it on and a few minutes later it would be turned off. Especially when we would leave it would be turned all the way to 82. When we would fall asleep it would be turned all the way up. We would wake up burning up. I finally talk with the owner and she act like she didn't know what was going on. I just think she was controlling it from her phone. Im sorry you dont do your guests that way. The place has potential but it just seems that she does not have time to take care of it.

Helpful host

The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The place was clean and the little outside place was nice. Located near public transport, but a little far form the city center to walk. Might want to check on the water pressure for the showers, which was little low. Other then that, it was a lovely stay.

A good place for couples right near everything!

Julia is a very sweet lady to deal with and the location is right in the middle of everything, so that is a large plus. It's a little cottage type structure behind the main house. There was some construction going on while we were there, but it didn't really affect our stay horribly as we were out and about during the day for the most part. I'm sure it is done by now. Not a bad little place and a good price for the area!

Property was in a great location, so close to dowtown Miami, but in a quiet little neighborhood. Several great restaurants in walking distance. The cottage itself was perfect - there were three of us and there was plenty of room.

Quiet Area, Great Stay!

I spent a week here and absolutely loved the location. It’s very residential and quiet - yet it’s still close to everything. Great walking location too, was able to take my pups on long walks and walk to DT Brickell. The host was extremely friendly and accommodating. Would stay again!

Best location for everything in Miami

This is a cottage behind the main house in one of the most elegant neighborhoods in Miami. The houses on this block are amazing and this place is no exception. It is close to many attractions, nightlife, beaches and parks. You are 2 min from publix supermarket, and minutes from the beaches. The hose is wonderful and she is on-call days and night and is extremely helpful. If you are looking to visit Miami, I highly recommend Julia and her lovely cottage.

Charming cottage in a big city

Wir haben mit unseren Kindern im Teenager-Alter 3 Nächte in Julias Cottage verbracht. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer schönen Umgebung und ist gemütlich und eirklich stilvoll eingerichtet, jedoch leider etwas dunkel. Eine schöne Terrasse in einem kleinen Garten gehört zu dieser Unterkunft. Spätestens hier wird man sich bewusst, dass man sich in einer Großstadt befindet, da die Geräusche der vorbeifahrenden Züge sowie der über das Haus fliegenden Flugzeuge deutlich zu hören sind. Alles in allem hat uns die Unterkunft gut gefallen. Eine kleine Anmerkung noch für Selbstversorger: Die Geschirrausstattung (Teller/Tassen) könnte reichhaltiger sein.

This is NOT a 2 bedroom house...it is a 1 bedroom guest house. There was NO double sofa bed, just a sofa that was not suitable for sleeping. The towels left much to be desired. There were no dish towels or wash cloths. No corkscrew and minimal dishes. This was a business trip for 4 women and it was extremely small. The bedroom was cute and suitable for a couple only. Top bunk was scary to climb up for us women (62-78 yo). Neighborhood was safe and very nice. Difficult to get the code to enter the property on our arrival day.

Our first visit to Miami- Julia’s cottage is very cute and is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Location is convenient to everything.Julia has been quick and responsive to messages and questions. we would definitely stay here again with next opportunity to visit Miami.

Great Stay in Miami

The owner, Jules, was very helpful and always answered my questions. We traveled to the area for work. My boss, a co-worker and myself. On the first night the toilet in the bathroom quit filling up with water. Jules had a plumber fix it the next day. The only things we could complain about would be the water pressure and lack of outlets in the front bathroom but we were able to work around both without a problem. The outside area was beautiful and relaxing. It is close to restaurants and Publix.

Can't Beat Location

Escaped the northern winter for a great weekend in Brickell Miami. This location is perfect - it's on a quiet side street just short walking distance from bustling downtown Miami with amazing food scene. And just a short distance the other direction are some parks and even the Vizcaya museum we quiet enjoyed. If we're back, we'll definitely consider staying here again if it's available!

Cute little home to land in

This property was great for what we needed. Walking distance to Brickell + the metromover, but also quiet and easy to relax while there. We really appreciated that we could do laundry while there because it was a pretty rainy week and we didn't have to pack wet clothes. Space wise, I think this is very well suited for a couple. I was with a friend and it did get a little cramped since we weren't sharing space, but is easily doable! Overall, I highly recommend this space for your stay if you're looking to explore Miami but also get away from the noise + hustle/bustle.
