    Weโ€™ll send your access instructions before arrival. The apartment uses a keyless entry code. A building access remote is provided; the replacement fee for a lost remote is $120.

    Yes. The building charges $5 for small packages and $10 for large packages. Please do not send packages more than 30 days before arrival.

    Both are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance. The fee is $60 for each approved request. An unapproved late check-out after 11:00 AM incurs a $100-per-hour fee.
