Outstanding staff, Wanda at the front desk was an absolute delight. Room was spacious, good water pressure, comfy bed, AC was a champ - which was a god-send in this insane heat and humidity wave in Miami. It was handy to have a fridge and microwave for some leftovers.. very easy walking to Bayside, Brickell, the free MetroMover, Whole Foods, etc. Pool was a welcome relief in the heat also. Great property, definitely recommend. M

I read some negative reviews and I almost canceled my stay here. I'm glad I didn't as the property is very nice, clean, and well organized. Breakfast and coffee were great, the location was amazing, and overall everything worked well. I stayed on the 12th floor and although not the newest building everything was maintained properly. I would stay here again.

The hotel is in a great location.Close to Bayside park,nice restaurants,Whole foods etc. Thr hotel has a garage for parking. I did not use it ,I parked in another garage nearby. The hotel is very close to I 95 ,so it was a lot of city noise,but I enjoyed it .Have not heard neither neighbors nor people on a hallway.Which was great . The room was ok. I moved a chair and there were some bread crumbs on a carpet. Nice feature - has refrigerator ,coffeemaker and a microwave .It is a very tiny refrigerator. It was off. Took me some time to figure it out. The remote control for TV was not working properly . Took me 30 seconds to move from chanal to chanal or increase or decrease a TV volume. The bathroom looks kind of clean from the first sight, but has mold next to a faucet in a bathtub, which I notices during taking a shower. The sink in a bathroom was leaking. The towel was under it on a shelf was wet . All of a sudden the door fob stopped working, have to admit they send an engineer to fix withing 10 - 15 min. Overall it was an okay hotel. Kind of overpriced for outdated rooms and not decent cleaning. I am glad I needed to stay only 2 nights.

The Courtyard is conveniently located. Check-in was very fast and smooth. The elevators are a little slow. But the rooms were spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is not what it appears to be online. I felt very unsafe, I was asked for money multiple times outside of the hotel. The room was something out of 1970 and had an odor as if that was the last time it was cleaned. I had to leave and book another hotel. I still have not received a refund. The woman who checked me in was very sweet, this is no reflection of her. I asked another employee to speak with the manager after I realized I needed to leave and was told she wasn’t in. I have emailed her twice and left a message.

David at the front desk made this the best experience out the gate. Incredibly helpful and genuinely eager to give great service. The entire staff was great and the hotel is very nice. I’ll probably switch to staying at Marriott’s exclusively after this.

Property is a great location for the Metro Mover Knight Station. Annoying that every day for which we stayed we had to get our room card rekeyed because of "problems with the system". The "Starbucks" coffee bar was open on a very limited basis and there is no "Bistro". Not exceptionally clean and somewhat antiquated.

Elevators always had a long wait, asked for the room to be cleaned on several occasions and it never was and every time we came back to the room our key was never working which meant constantly having to get it reactivated. Our check in was 4 pm and we had to wait in the lobby for over 45 minutes because rooms were not ready. The location was ideal and accessible to everything but likely would not stay again.

Easy check-in and out process, staff was overall professional. Room bathroom was comfortable and clean. Ideal location for anyone crusing out of Miami, very short ride (10-15 mins) to the cruise port. Location was good, close to metro mover stations and walkable distance to Bayside Marketplace (10-15 mins). Would stay here again!
