It is easy and convenient, with bus stops located just steps from the resort and reliable Uber and Lyft service available at any time. Just minutes from the famous Hollywood Beach Boardwalk and downtown Hollywood Beach, where you can enjoy a wide selection of shops, restaurants, bars, and oceanfront entertainment. Resort Fee: $22.50/night plus tax

Payment Policy:
Resort and valet fees must be paid via credit or debit card. Cash is not accepted at the property front desk.

Smoke-Free Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. A 500 USD recovery fee applies for any violation.
Quiet Hours & Parties: Parties and loud music are not permitted at any time to respect our community.
Reservation Rights: We reserve the right to cancel any stay immediately without a refund if these policies are violated.

- Damage waiver for reservation per company policy is USD $99 listed in platform when possible.
- Hotel will take a deposit hold on a credit card for incidentals. It will be released upon check-out and may take between 3-5 business days to return to your card.
- In the rare event the original unit requires maintenance, Zen Vacation Rentals may reassign your booking to an equal or higher-category unit at no extra cost—always ensuring the quality of your stay.
